I've worked in the customer service industry since I can remember. My most recent job is a property management assistant to the owner of a tentant occupied commercial building in Santa Ana, I process all the rent payments, billing, and interact with the tenants, for all reasons, clean the units and prep them as they become vacant, and also help maintain the property, and landscaping. I've held this job for over five years. Prior to this I was the office manager for an auto. body repair and paint shop, also in Santa Ana, for fifteen years.
