Business Finance Analyst
About the team:
Our Business Planning team is seeking a Business Financial Analyst focusing on high volume of day-to-day system information maintenance and review with a thorough understanding of business model and business execution needs. This position reports to our Business Finance Manager.
What you will do:
- High Volume of Event and Agreement system maintenance for accurate operation execution and internal financial review.
- High Volume of Promotion and Cost simulation in order to analyze against financial impact.
- Review and resolve any ordering cost conflicts between Vizio and partner channels.
- Maintain promotion roadmap record and facilitate communication to Sales team for execution alignment.
- Monthly cost and funding reconciliation with Sales Team and ODMs.
- Assist with system set up, such as but not limited to Channel Term and Condition.
- Assist with Weekly and Month end financial review with Finance and Accounting team.
- Assist with Ad Hoc daily tasks and projects.
About you:
- You have a minimum education level of a bachelor s degree; (preferred area of Study:
Finance and Accounting, Business, Economics) - You have 0-2 years of related work experience.
- You are a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, yet at times, ambiguous environment.
- You are a hard-working team player, with a no task is too small attitude.
- You are a creative problem-solver who digs into root causes analytically, instead of relying on intuition.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tell complex stories simply and adapt to questions, rather than just presenting information.
- You possess a high attention to detail.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with experience in SAP/Rapid Response/SalesForce/Alteryx/Tableau being a plus.
