Radiologic Technologist I:

The Radiologic Technologist I is an entry-level state and nationally registered professional.
Under the Technical Supervisor s direction, performs all general diagnostic radiologic procedures in the department.
The technologist will use independent judgment and necessary skills in order to obtain high-quality radiographs.

Education and Licensure:

Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program, California State CRT and fluoroscopy license, American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) license, and CPR.

Skills or Other Qualifications Required:
Radiologic

Technologist I:

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of proper body mechanics, safety measures and infection control.
Ability to follow instructions.
Demonstrate clinical proficiency specific to the age of the population served.
Must be proficient in the criteria described in the attached evaluation form.
Demonstrates competency and proficiency in the following Level I procedures as determined by annual competency evaluation.
Routine radiography of extremities, skull, spine, abdomen, facial bones, paranasal sinuses, chest, thorax, shoulder girdle, pelvic structures, minor injection procedures such as IVP s and HSG s, and routine fluoroscopic studies such as barium enemas, and upper GI series.
Must be proficient in the use of all equipment and hospital information system (Affinity), the radiology information system (SMS), and PACS.
Must document all equipment malfunctions appropriately.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
