As our Senior Finance Lead, you ll facilitate and drive various financial analyses that provide insights and business context to senior management.
You will play a key role in how we make important decisions about the financial future of our company.
You re a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging; while providing thought leadership related to and execution of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) best practices.
Working with a variety of stakeholders, you ll guide business solutions by proactively considering a wide range of data, perspectives, and financial trends.
Every day, you ll work with associates across Capital Group to create timely and accurate financial assessments.
To thrive in this role, you ve led a team of junior associates while working to manage a range of data points and information that change outcomes.

- You translate large data sets into clear and concise deliverables to be easily consumed by business partners.
- You have developed business acumen within the IT space, and can lead a team of IT Finance professionals to execute FP&A best practices within the IT space
- You ve worked with peers to determine priorities and expense impacts, constantly looking for ways to enhance work processes and improve overall service delivered to our internal and external client groups.
- You proactively learn what matters to your audience.
You leverage this intel to anticipate questions and ensure you re providing ample context upfront.
