Associate Account Manager, Mobile Games

MGX is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to manage gaming accounts and engage with the mobile gaming community.
As the person responsible for our relationships with our best customers, you will manage and prioritize a portfolio of customer accounts, configure rewards in Amazon's existing tools, communicate rewards to eligible customers, and respond to customer issues.
AM's will also be evangelists in the mobile games community, driving engagement in new and existing titles, informing new rewards and promotions, and helping to identify new selection to bring to the store.
Successful Account Managers will:
Develop strong relationships with our customers; be a trusted advisor and the single POC for rewards, issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
Acquire new customers to Appstore and Coins.
Liaise with other internal departments as necessary to resolve customer issues and questions quickly.
Administer rewards, monitor and report out on KPIs and goals, and conduct surveys/interviews to measure the impact of the rewards program on your customers.
Develop a good understanding of the specific game titles in their portfolio, market segments, seasonality and global business trends/events.
Proactively identify and escalate any Appstore or Coins issues and quality defects in top titles.
Engage with player communities in top titles to understand customer interests and unmet needs.
Influence customers to participate in relevant sponsored events, features, and programs.
Support and evangelize the Appstore, Coins, and referral program.
Conduct lead generation to attract new customers to Amazon Appstore and Coins.
Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using centralized resources, policies and procedures.
Partner with internal teams to surface defects, data and anecdotes to drive improvements on behalf of our customers.
The ideal candidate has a passion for gaming and engaging with gaming communities, enjoys working with game developers, and constantly obsesses about the quality of the game and the customer experience.
