ENCORE PUBLICATION COORDINATORREMOTE Project Description:
Responsible for the project management of publication documents (including but not limited to encore abstracts/posters/slide presentations from original congress abstract submissions and presentations).
By leveraging knowledge and expertise in publication management, this position will also ensure smooth logistical support of department projects and initiatives.
This also includes ensuring adherence to all applicable policies, processes, procedures and appropriate documentation and maintenance of publication project records in DatavisionCoordinate with Publication Team Leads to ensure vetted encore publications are planned, tracked in Datavision and adhere to established SOPs and timelines.
For encores of original congress publications, ensure that the encore submissions and presentations adhere to encore congress requirements and criteria.
Manage the layout, printing and shipping of encore posters.
Create and maintain accurate Datavision records and serve as a DV system resource for the Global Scientific Publications team.
Monitor/run defined reports to assist with record accuracy and improvements.
Assists cross-TA and function congress coordination for large congresses (poster printing and shipping, QR Code portal coordination, compliance checks, congress requirements, dates, congress tracker updates).
Maintain SharePoint sites and publication repository updates.
Liaise with affiliates on publications status and update plan or trackers.
Assist with maintenance or documentation of author contracts.
May provide more direct support for AD and may manage tactical support of selected products (e.
g.
, that have low volume or late in life cycle).
This 12
month position starts ASAP.
