SHIPPING / LOGISTICS ANALYST - SAP AND PHARMA EXPERIENCE REQUIREDIRVINE, CA Project Description:
The position will require the execution of transactions in SAP, timely ordering and receipt of materials, forecasting and coordination of logistics, issuing of materials to manufacturing, maintaining GDP records and communicating with vendor contacts.
Responsibilities include knowledge of SAP.
This position requires good organizational skills, timeliness of requirements and good communication skills.
Other responsibilities include material/production planning, creating purchase requests and purchase orders.
Responsibilities include SAP documents integrity, precise logistics arrangements, gathering and maintaining documents, and timely communication.
Individual will interact with internal stakeholders to arrange the logistics requirements, gather information to resolve problems and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills:
Preferred Education:
Minimum of a HS Degree.
Minimum Experience/ Skills:
3-5 years with SAP, pharmaceutical industry and/or logistics.
Candidate must be able to lift 25 lbs.
