59 PM (EST) ON THE DATE THE 100TH APPLICATION IS RECEIVED, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. As a Program Analyst (IT) with OMHA, you will serve in a liaison capacity with OMHA's Information Management and Systems Division, performing the following functions:
Administers and maintains procedures and processes for management. Provides analytical advice to senior staff and management on administrative and technical processes. Implements and develops business processes and products. Develops office procedures and protocols. Prepares presentations and briefs to leadership. You qualify at the GS-09 grade level if you possess one of the following:
A. One year of specialized experience that is equivalent to at least the GS-7 grade level performing duties such as:
tracking information technology projects for accountability and customer service improvement; supporting initiatives that sustain and enhance the agency's mission critical information systems; analyzing, evaluating, and advising on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures; carrying out a variety of ad hoc projects; and researching best practices by government and private organizations to improve organizational operations. OR B. A Master's or equivalent graduate degree; or two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; (or an LL.B. or J.D., if related; OR C. A combination of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience as described above. Only graduate education in excess of the first year may be used to qualify for the GS-09 level. You qualify at the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following:
A. One year of specialized experience that is equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level performing duties such as:
maintenance of a variety of automated files, data bases, and records; analyzing the effectiveness of work processes; assisting in coordinating execution, communications, and/or training plans for implementation of new systems; and reviewing correspondence and other documents to identify changes that may impact the organization. OR B. A Ph.D or equivalent graduate degree; or three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M if related. OR C. A combination of successfully completed graduate level education and specialized experience as described above. Experience:
In accordance with Office of Personnel Management policy, federal employees are assumed to have gained experience by performing duties and responsibilities appropriate for their official series and grade level as described in their position description. Experience that would not normally be part of the employee's position is creditable, however, when documented by satisfactory evidence, such as a signed memorandum from the employee's supervisor or an SF-50 or SF-52 documenting an official detail or other official assignment. The documentation must indicate whether the duties were performed full time or, if part time, the percentage of times the other duties were performed. It is expected that this documentation is included in the employee's official personnel record. In order to receive credit for experience in your resume that is not within the official series and grade level of your official position, you must provide a copy of the appropriate documentation of such experience as indicated above. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through national Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to gain employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. If such experience is on a part-time basis, you must provide the average number of hours worked per week as well as the beginning and ending dates of the experience so it can be fully credited.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
