Let us catapult your career! Senior Product Manager- Cloud/SaaS IMMEDIATE NEED for a Senior Product Manager to join a well-funded startup in Irvine, CA.
The company creates enterprise level SaaS products in the video surveillance IoT space, incorporating the newest cloud and artificial intelligence technologies.
The product manager will work with engineers and designers to set the direction of the product, maximize the output of the agile teams, and ensuring that the product meets customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Agile and execution oriented in approach to Product Management.
Based on the market input, be the voice of the customer in the fast-paced agile process consisting of several autonomous product development teams.
Prioritize product/user story backlogs so that the solution effectively addresses the business priorities.
Collaborate with other Product Managers to maintain the product backlog and prioritize feature across the platform.
Work with key business stakeholders to elicit market needs, define solutions, and drive operational initiatives for future SaaS solutions.
Translate the business strategy to execution delivering innovative solutions addressing customer and end-user needs.
Qualifications:
5
years of Cloud/SaaS Product Management experience in a start-up environment.
Product Management for a Cloud/SaaS product and start-up experience is a must.
Experience in Video Surveillance, IoT or Enterprise SaaS products.
Blend of technical & business skills - Proven B2B experience dealing with SaaS solutions with complex business needs.
Experience with working effectively in agile process with autonomous product development teams.
Understanding of IT Networks, Network Security, and Cloud security & compliance.
Understanding of Enterprise software Architecture and microservice architecture.
Agile and execution oriented in approach to Product Management.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master degree in Computer Science or related field required.
MBA preferred.
Works great in teams and possess good interpersonal skills Self-assured, driven, confident and goal-oriented set clear directions without dictating the technical solution.
Ability to effectively delegate and translate needs into daily routine operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technical, mathematics, and analytical skills.
Solves problems effectively - sees innovation opportunities in everything.
Strong operational execution with ability to build and manage cross-group, cross-cultural relationships.
