Our client is a publicly traded healthcare product company known for world-leading healthcare solutions and one that starts with their people!
Responsibilities:
Conducts data profiling, performing analysis, reviewing results, developing data quality rules Identifies data quality metrics, set up capture mechanisms and design data quality scorecards Develops procedures to cleanse data and work with system owners to correct data quality issues at the source Investigate, plan, deliver and operate the data and information systems including the data warehouse, analysis and reporting, master data and integration and interfaces.
Facilitate the master data program, data security and confidentiality and data quality requirements.
Troubleshoots data integrity issues, analyzes data for completeness to meet business needs, and proposes documented solution recommendations Transfers data into meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences Combines various data sources into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information
Qualifications:
Advanced SQL skills (complex querying capabilities) Proficient SQL Reporting Services, ODBC, MS Access, and MS Excel and/or equivalent data capture/reporting tools Experience performing ETL, Data Validation, Data Mapping, Data Migration Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teams Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations We would love to tell you more about this client and their workplace culture!
