This will be a great opportunity for a hands on IT Manager looking to lead a nimble team and progress into a Director Level role.
Responsibilities:
Manager a mid-sized IT Infrastructure team with a Global presence Lead IT strategies and initiatives for a multi-office environment Hands on with technologies, be able to support Network, Servers, and Business Systems Responsible for career development, assessment, performance and pay discussions for team members Be able to address Infrastructure issues and problems across the business Influences business stakeholders outside the IT department Prepares and presents reports to all levels of leadership and staff Establishes and maintains budgets, operational plans and performance requirements
Qualifications:
Ability to manage a mid sized IT team Ability to collaborate with partners to develop Global IT solutions Excellent mentoring skills for developing team members Experience in server administration (Windows, Linux, etc.
) Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V) Expert proficiency in server storage and SAN's Advanced knowledge of network and security concepts (SSO, AD, Next Generation Firewalls, VPN, HDCP, PKI, etc Data Center (Colocation) Operations Knowledge of Cloud based PaaS/IaaS/DRaaS systems Experience in managing Storage, Network, Backup, Email & Collaboration, Active Directory, Voice Systems Monitoring and Alert systems Desktop Administration and Service to include Desktop and Mobile devices Corporate Video Conferencing support Please send your resume to Shawn Jen, Senior Technical Recruiter for immediate consideration.
