Namely, we need you to be competent in a modern web language & frameworks, excellent front-end JavaScript skills, and complete knowledge of HTML/CSS and its cross-browser challenges.

Who you are
BS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
2
years of experience with PHP, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, .NET, or similar modern development platform
2
years of JavaScript experience
Experience with a modern IDE
Good experience with latest UI patterns and UX designs
Good experience building HTML/CSS across all major browsers
Pluses
Experience with WordPress
Experience with MySQL
Experience working in a hybrid windows/Linux environment
Experience with ASP.NET framework
Experience with modern source control (ie: Git, Hg, SVN)
