Prepare yourself to sell hydraulic, fuel, electrical, power motion and fluid conveyance products, solutions, and value in a competitive marketplace to OEM's, distributors and end users.
Structure: The participant will learn the value cycle processes applicable to the highly technical industry. Each participant will develop product knowledge, and will be exposed to the management of a large sales team. Participants will be assigned to Eaton's Aerospace Headquarters in Irvine, CA for the 2 year duration of the program and then transition to a specific U.S. sales territory. There, they will leverage their training and extensive network to sell products, solutions and value to aircraft manufacturers, Tier 1 system providers, distributors and end use customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Business or Marketing from an accredited institution
2.8 GPA (3.0 GPA preferred)
Legally authorized to work in the Unites States without company sponsorship
Valid U.S. Driver's license
Position Criteria:
Demonstrated leadership ambition
Relevant internship or co-op experience
Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
A second language is beneficial
