Small Business Sales Manager - Payment Processing, Direct Sales
We are hiring a Small Business Sales Manager for our Payment Processing Direct Sales team!

Manage up - collaboration with Executive Management
Talent Acquiring - Work along side the Talent Acquisition Manager with the ability to source, hire and train individial contributors.
Sales Talent - possess the ability to show how to sale. One's own ability to sell.
The purpose of this role is to maintain and develop a trusted direct sales channel with measurable results
Some of the responsibilities you will have are:
Quick learning of Irvine Office
Manage and coach a team (8-12) inside Direct Sales representatives.
Work with leadership/executives to execute on goals
Be present in office
Present a Small Business vision and strategy within first 30 days
Present a Small Business plan within first 60 days
Written and verbal communications of required daily and monthly expectations to team members
Daily behavior management of SBDS representatives
Performance management of team members
Meet and exceed SBDS monthly goals with inspiring behaviors and attitude.
Work closely with HR, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance and Credit departments
Forecasting of Small Business Direct Sales objectives to SVP of Sales
Lead management tracking CRM
Sales pipeline management within CRM
Present needs timely and appropriately to upper management

years of Inside Sales Management
2
years of industry experience with proven record of individual contributor
Proven track history of successful management
Proven track history of growing a sales team
Possesses high regards for Integrity and honesty
