Wolters Kluwer's Governance, Risk & Compliance division is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our LIS team in the Irvine, CA area.

CT Corporation www.ctcorporation.com a Wolters Kluwer company, is growing its inside sales organization on the West Coast. We are looking for self-starters, consultative sales experience, goal driven individuals that enjoy a casual dress environment but a hard-working collaborative environment.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling CT Corporation's LLC formation, registered agent and corporate business compliance solutions for businesses and the legal community. This is primarily an inside sales (tele-sales) role where you consult with prospective customers and present CT's suite of products. You will have activity and sales goals and build a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound calling supported by lead generation marketing.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for CT Corporation's small businesses
Convert qualified leads within an assigned market through a telephone presentation of CT Corporation's solutions to prospects and customers
Document conversations and follow-up in Salesforce.com CRM to ensure data and reports are up to date
Recognize opportunities for pipeline revenue growth
Acquire industry knowledge through in house training and webinars
Prioritize tasks and activities reaching agreed upon deadlines
Achieve monthly activity and sales goals
Build and maintain knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications: Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or if no degree, 3
years inside sales experience including solid cold calling experience
Preferred
Qualifications: (Includes Minimum)
Financial Services Industry Experience a plus
Salesforce.com CRM experience strongly preferred
Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Skilled at building rapport quickly over the firm with decision makers including C level
Technical savvy with on-line tools
MS Office suite of products including Outlook and Word
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to multi-task while maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy
