Regional Sales Manager
Coordinates & manages all aspects of our West & Mid-West Transportation & Industrial Sales Rep organization. Accountable for Regional annual sales, bookings, profitability, and strategy across all product lines and targeted markets.
Job Duties:
Manages and facilitates sales activities related to Transportation & Industrial sales within West & Mid-West Regions, ten rep firms.
Conducts meetings with NA rep firms and customers to assess current and future requirements of our markets/customers. Make recommendations concerning applications of products to drive short and long-term growth within targeted markets/customers.
Deploy rep and strategic account plans as necessary.
Responsible for meeting established sales objectives, providing weekly updates in regards to budgets, margins, NPI's, market intelligence, product enhancements required to grow the business, etc.
Acts as the ITT liaison between the NA Rep firms and our global Transportation & Industrial team, providing the link between our customers and our product management, operations, and engineering teams that support the NA business globally.
Oversees NA Rep firm agreements with support of the NA Sales Director.
Responsible for the overall customer relationship and satisfaction with Interconnect Solutions.
Make own travel plans and schedules in support of responsibilities. This includes trip to plants, customers, trade shows, vendors, and seminars. Must be able to travel at least 50%, some international travel may be required.
