Desktop Solutions Analyst

The Role:
The Analyst IT Client Services is responsible to support internal users via telephone, e-mail, chat etc. and
solve problems to a global user base in cooperation with our global Client Service Team.

Give support and feedback to customers through problem resolution in a professional, prompt and polite
manner.
Ability to effectively execute, diagnose issues and recommend solutions.

Ability to work under pressure with changing and often conflicting priorities to meet deadlines.
Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
Utilize all technical resources and KT documents to resolve user issues.
Demonstrate and promote superior customer service in handling queries, problems and complaints.
Escalate unresolved issues to designated service group or client service team.
Participate in departmental training activities including training programs in support of new technologies.
Keep all stages of call updated in our call logging system
Represent the Company with the highest standards of professionalism
Key
Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and MAC OSx, Google Apps
Proficient with supporting users within a Windows Active Directory architecture.
Solid Knowledge of PC architecture/technology hardware/driver configuration, problem diagnostics etc.
Solid knowledge of Windows based networking protocols.
Strong experience of common software applications installation/configuration etc.
A proactive and positive approach to tasks, highly motivated candidate
A mature outlook with proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively
A team player
Excellent English and additional language an advantage
Approachable, confident & pleasant towards customers
Able to multi-task and organise workload effectively
An ability to work under pressure on multiple queries simultaneously
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
About 2 years helpdesk experience
Previous experience in the business sector. Providing application support is an advantage.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
