International Education Corporation, a premier provider of post-secondary career education, is looking
for a Director of Human Resources to join its Human Resources team in Irvine. External Description:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the research, design and implementation of effective training
programs across the company as well as recruitment support across our 32 campuses nationwide. In addition, this
role will also be involved and work collaboratively with the team on projects related to on-boarding,
employee engagement and performance management.
The primary focus will be the development of our colleagues through training programs and initiatives that will
improve the depth and readiness of bench strength for key leadership and operational roles, ensure we have
a pipeline of highly engaged future leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement so all of our
colleagues can maximize their contribution and career satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated capacity to work effectively within a fast-paced, passionate,
competitive, fun, evidenced-based, and highly productive organizational culture. Must have a Bachelor's degree
preferably in human resources management or equivalent related experience. Ten plus years human resources
related work with a minimum of three in a role developing and implementing training programs
Private post secondary school experience preferred. Position Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
