DUTIES: Conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analyzes to ensure that EMC software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. Responsible for tests, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance and serviceability standards. Create automation scripts to automate customer use cases consisting of backups, restores and data validations on multiple client platforms to streamline functional testing process. Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action. Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved. Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products. Perform development and execution of software quality methods and processes. Implement and define testing methodology and standards to improve results. Creating simulated WAN setups in the test lab for testing product functionality with various levels of network impairments.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field plus 24 months experience in job offered or computer related occupation. Experience must include: 1) Automation Testing, 2) Programming Languages (Perl, Python), 3) Shell Scripting, 4) Selenium, 5) Microsoft SharePoint, 6) TWiki, 7) Bugzilla, and 8) VMware vSphere Client. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
