Job Description:
The Sales Operations Analyst offers an exciting opportunity to have a far-reaching impact on the company's ambitious growth agenda. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to build reporting that maximizes the impact of Salesforce.com and related data within the organization. The talented analyst assuming this role will also work cross-functionally with stakeholders to define, deliver, and implement the Salesforce platform as a tool for driving outside and inside sales, while also supporting related needs of product, marketing and customer service. This individual will be responsible for supporting tactical day-to-day administration and operation of the Salesforce.com platform and related processes and workflows, as well as working with leaders and users on an ongoing basis to improve and enhance the platform and the part it plays in the company's success.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales analysis, tracking and monitoring campaigns, pipeline management and forecasting.
Provide direct user support on SFDC (and other critical tools and applications) that enable the sales force. This will include telephone and email response to user questions. Support will include both technical use as well as business process questions.
Design and generate dashboards, reports and statistics that support better decision making and process improvement within the organization, including closing days, win/loss analysis, and market trend analysis, etc.
Training new hires for SFDC usability and efficiency as needed. Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary.
Maintains reporting tools and manages ad-hoc reporting requests for the sales & marketing departments to analyze and monitor their performance at various levels. Also provides report design and development to provide sales performance analysis and insights to sales management, sales reps and other departments.
Responsible for implementing and enforcing processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Salesforce.com data.
Perform Salesforce administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management. Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals, and create and maintain custom objects, as necessary.
Interact and acts as a liaison with other departments by understanding the sales model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures to analyze, design, and build best-in-class Salesforce implementation

Job Requirements:

years of sales operations, finance or analytics experience preferably in a sales environment, with at least 2 years of project management.
BA/BS in business/information systems, finance, math, a related field.

years of experiences with Salesforce.com, or similar CRM Experience
Process oriented, proactive and customer-focused
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proactive about starting up and carrying out projects to gain efficiencies
Flexible and able to quickly act under pressure
Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks
Excellent time management and organization skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, with particular strength in Excel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
