Responsibilities will include assisting tenants with inquiries, dispatching maintenance as required, showing new space, editing lease documents, maintaining property files, maintaining tenant documentation, creating property budgets, tracking property expenses, tracking client move out/move in dates, tracking lease renewal dates for Manager, and creating correspondence. Also, individual will be assisting with special property events, inputting client information into system, troubleshooting tenant requests, maintaining vendor relationships, interfacing with several property locations, tracking property payables and submitting to corporate, maintaining accounts receivable, creating weekly and monthly reporting, and assisting with several special projects.
Candidates MUST have the following:
PRIOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE, a 4 YEAR DEGREE, and a CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE. Looking for someone who is a self-starter, team-player, willing to learn and work hard, and someone who is friendly and enjoys both a challenging environment, as well as working with people!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
