This firm manages office and industrial space throughout the US.
Responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, maintaining tenant information and files, interfacing with sub-contractors for build outs, maintaining vendor relationships, creating correspondence, editing reports, creating presentations, preparing meeting notes and memos, processing tenant requests, and maintaining certificates of insurance.
Also, individual will be processing maintenance orders, following up with tenants on customer service issues, inputting accounts payable for various properties, maintaining property logs, arranging meetings for Managers, troubleshooting tenant concerns and inquiries, assisting with several special projects.
Seeking an individual that is very multi-tasked, organized, and is able to work well in a team environment.
This is a highly service oriented industry that will require someone who is very people oriented and able to multi-task.
Must have over three years of Administrative Assistant with prior Receptionist experience, one year of commercial property management industry required.
Must have strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
INDIVIDUAL MUST BE READY TO START IMMEDIATELY!.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
