We are currently seeking a self-motivated, organized, and innovative thinker who has the drive to succeed in an Administrative Assistant role with a growing company.
You will be responsible for developing long-lasting relationships with our online customer base.
Duties will include order processing, data entry, filing, social media updates, answering phones, fielding customer service calls, troubleshooting customer orders, order reviews/changes and general operational support.
Customer inquiries must be answered clearly, professionally and with a warm friendly demeanor.
Our customers are treated very much like family and our primary focus is customer service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-High school diploma or equivalent; -Minimum 3 years of administrative / secretarial / clerical or customer service experience; -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; -Must be extremely organized; -Ability to focus and pay close attention to details; -Excellent Phone Etiquette; -Excellent customer service; -Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; -Strong language and composition skills; -Office Management experience a PLUS JOB DUTIES:
-Verify, assign and confirm online/phone orders; -Schedule conferences, appointments and meetings for senior staff; -Perform administrative duties as set out by senior staff; -Assemble and reproduce prepared documents for both internal and external deliverables; -Prepare reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda; -Field customers calls and order inquiries.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
