Position will be busy, but environment is casual.
Hours are 830am - 1230pm M - F.
The position may involve errands, so a personal car is essential.

We have high-end clients, so a neat and professional appearance is required.
Computer proficiency with PC, including troubleshooting abilities a must.
Essential Job Functions, Duties and
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones Estimating & Scheduling Placing Reminder & Follow-Up Phone Calls Maintaining a Current Customer Database Receiving Payments & Preparing Deposits Creating & Ordering Marketing Materials Website Maintenance Craigslist/eBay Posting Various Personal Assistant Tasks Social Media Maintenance General Background and Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience Basic computer skills & data entry (Word, Excel, Publisher, Internet) Excellent proofreading and grammar skills Excellent phone skills Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness a must Organization & time management skills Ability to work independently in organizing and implementing work priorities Reliable and good at taking initiative Proven ability to interact, develop and maintain positive working relationships Must have own vehicle Must have working knowledge of Quickbooks We essentially need a go-getter with an easy-going attitude.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
