Based in Irvine, CA, with offices in San Diego, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and soon Palm Desert Job Description Recruit and retain quality Advisors, which includes ensuring and communicating a strong value proposition to those Advisors Experience managing/mentoring Advisors at the branch level (series 24) Responsible for reviewing documents submitted by financial advisors in your branch to establish new brokerage accounts for the firm.
Ensure compliance with all department and regulatory (AML, SEC, FINRA, etc) account opening requirements.
Maintaining internal marketing files to fulfill broker-dealer recordkeeping requirements.
Working knowledge of Insurance products and sales.
Very competitive base salary and 1099 commission structure.
Excellent bonus potential.
Ability to maintain personal book of business (required).
