Bilingual Chinese - Program Manager (Santa Ana)
Job Description:
1.
Interface with customers and manage all aspects of electronic contract manufacturing programs 2.
Lead cross-function teams from engineering, production, materials, QA and other departments to meet program goals 3.
Manage vendors in support of customers' product development and F/A, pilot and mass production 4.
Conduct cost analysis and prepare quotations for products and programs 5.
Coordinate with operations and accounting to resolve program-related operational issues Requirements:

Sufficient knowledge in electronic product design, mechanical and electrical engineering, components and materials.

Must be a self-starter and problem solver who needs little supervision in normal course of program management and customer interface 5.
Working knowledge and experience in using ERP system 6.
