Responsibilities:
Create and contribute to system architecture to ensure the robustness, performance and scalability of entire system.
Work with other senior team members to improve existing systems.
Assist with design and development of database schema and entity diagrams.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Work with other developers to set standards and define best practices for coding and design.
Share the knowledge and work experience youve gained working in the related industry.

Mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Sciences or related field.

years hands:
on development experience in a commercial software server development environment.
Extensive experience developing applications using C+
and/or Java.
Experience with using Linux for development and basic administration.
Experience with all phases of product development lifecycle, inkling prototyping, development, test, product release and sustaining engineering.
Desire to engage in challenging assignments.
Good verbal and written communication skills and strong collaborative skills.
Self:
managed, proactive work style.
Able to work well independently and in a team environment A Experience with Lucene / Solr is a plus.
Experience with Python is a plus.
