Summary:
Maintain facility HVAC heating and cooling systems in good operating condition; perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to ventilation and cooling systems, temperature control systems and trouble:
shoot NOV product electrical control cooling systems.
Technician is expected to be able to run test, diagnoses, and isolate problems, replace faulty parts for cooling system, and perform other tasks as necessary.
Technician should have good understanding of HVAC systems.
Connect systems to fuel and water supply lines, air ducts and other components.
Install electrical wiring and controls and test for proper operation.
Inspect and maintain building HVAC systems.
Repair and replace worn defective parts.
Major
Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC heat and cooling systems for all administration and manufacturing buildings.
Plan and install new systems as required, assisting the plant engineers in major HVAC modifications.
Maintain communication with plant leadership, vendors and other maintenance personnel to insure maximum utilization of facilities HVAC equipment.
Report any unsafe conditions, broken or malfunctioning equipment to the Facilitys leadership.
High school diploma with 5 years experience with post:
secondary education in industrial HVAC systems, cooling towers, and installations and repair.
Perform equipment installations, testing and duct modification.
Temperature control settings (Thermostat) Good communication skills.
Recommend opportunities for cost savings.
The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
