CATAL RESTAURANT & UVA BAR seeks Kitchen Team Members Line Cooks, Garde Manger Cooks & Dishwashers Voted one of the top three dining options in Anaheim's Downtown Disney District, Catal is a fine dining oasis.
Catal Restaurant offers a relaxed, elegant setting with balcony seating, a panoramic view and a tantalizing menu of Mediterranean favorites including delicious grilled seafood, select meats and the freshest salad entrees.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Holding a current food handlers card Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts a plus Minimum 1 year experience working in a top-rated restaurant Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment with efficiency and ease Experience with Mediterranean/ South European Cuisine a plus Excellence in prepping Excellent verbal and written communication skills Clean work habits and attention to detail Standing and walking eight-hour shifts Flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends Line Cook opening is a saute position.
($10-13 DOE) Entry level Garde-Manger - Applicant needs to be motivated, a self-starter, and committed.
(Minimum -- $9.
