Help Desk Analyst 2 - Robert Half Technology (Mission Viejo, CA)
Experience desired include working in a multi-customer environment with a variety of network architectures and products.

Active directory Exchange server Terminal services Acronis Backup and Recovery Remote support tools (Kaseya) Malware removal Mac OS X Windows XP - 8 Windows Server 2003 - 2012 Office 2003 - 2010 QuickBooks (installation) Experience with Autotask (our ticketing system) is a plus, as well as experience with Avaya or Cisco phone systems.
