We are seeking an organized, hard-working customer service rep with strong inter-personal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to learn things quickly are a must.
You must be able to work both independently as well as be able to work closely with various departments to continuously meet all project objectives.
Everyone here wears many hats and gets exposed to a variety of challenges.
You'll get the chance to work with bright, highly motivated people.
Job responsibilities include:
putting together and following up on customer price quotes coordinating the creation, art, follow-up, and approval of customer artwork order processing project tracking
Qualifications:
Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.
Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines Experience informing clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports based on their information needs Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Extensive follow-up and detail coordination skills Basic PC proficiency and familiarity with MS Word and Excel Takes feedback constructively and makes effort to improve skills Demonstrates professionalism at all times Knowledge of the ASI industry and an eye for graphics and design is a definite plus

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
