Transacts business in conformance with state and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA and Fair Lending Practices.

Consistently manages to prescribed personal and business unit sales plans as well as the overall strategy of Mortgage Banking.

Job Specifications Req Education or Equivalent Experience o Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred Required Experience o Two to three years mortgage sales experience Field of Experience o Prior experience, with proven results, in first mortgage sales and customer service preferred.
o Financial products or services experience is highly desirable.
Administrative/Technical Skills o Advanced written and verbal communications o Superior listening o PC proficiencies o Perform math and analysis o Compose letters/memos o Filing and typing documents o Maintain logs o Bank product and service knowledge o Proactive problem resolution o Negotiation skills o Planning and organizing o Ability to work independently Level Supervised o No supervisory responsibility Physical Requirements o Sedentary Work:
