Responsibilities & Duties:
Grow business opportunities with existing and potential customers Effectively maximize current accounts to achieve volume, revenue, & growth targets Implement quick decisions and problem solving in the sudden and unplanned situations that can occur in produce sales and production Solve problems quickly by minimizing potential losses and/or maximizing profit possibilities that can be achieved with proper and immediate response to various issues Requirements:
4 - 6 years of produce sales experience Bilingual:
Fluent Spanish and English required
Qualifications:
Ability to analyze complex and changing market factors, evaluate alternative sales practices, and recommend or implement effective courses of action Possess a proven ability to recognize opportunities for business expansion within key customers Understanding of the fresh foods supply-chain; annual supply / pricing dynamics, business operations, sales contract negotiation, distribution logistics, quality management and claims processing Education:
4-year degree preferred but not required Source:
