Creates, updates and monitors credit for defective merchandise.

Receives and monitors all merchandisers mileage expenses.

Updates and maintains current service territory merchandising information.

Monitors cross merchandise and quarter pallet promotions.

Handles an average of 50 calls per day.

Compiles delivery issues statistics for reporting to Logistics.

Compiles, maintains and monitors surveys and tracks information for stores and field service team.
Nature and Scope :
Under close supervision, exercises limited latitude/independent judgment.
Work typically involves detailed checks or close review of output by a senior co:
worker and/or supervisor.

Located in a comfortable indoor area.
Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Essential Skills Minimum Qualifications :
Must be eighteen years of age :
