Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide assistance in the company's travel policy and procedure, compliance review, and support executive coordinators with various requests. This position requires fluency in both English and Korean.
Responsibilities:
1. Travel Policy and Procedure Review travel requests and make travel arrangements for GUS employees and KHQ visitors Review reimbursement requests to ensure compliance with company policy 2. Compliance Review Review purchase request submissions for accuracy Spot check invoices being processed Generate weekly reports on non-compliance for each location 3. Support Coordinators with Setting Up Assist with setting up housing (lease/utility), bank accounts, SSN, driver's license, and other necessary tasks Additional Tasks:
Purchase and manage business gifts for executive team Support NGA team with invoicing and special projects Manage corporate golf club accounts and perform monthly reconciliations Requirements:
High school diploma or G.E.D. 1-2 years of office experience Fluent in both English and Korean korean, bilingual korean, analyst, administrative Recommended Skills Administration English Korean Business Management Accounts Receivable Regulatory Compliance Apply to this job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
