Responsibilities:
Oversees daily operations, including establishing and meeting goals, team staffing, SLA's, and training.
Forecast funding and hiring in advance.
Supervises the daily activities of the team leads and supervisors, the verification desk, and the funding team to ensure effective pipeline management.
Monitors pipeline to ensure internal compliance policies are enforced and customer service standards are met or exceeded.
Negotiates and works to resolve problems with broker as it relates to pricing, program changes, and re-works to loan requests.
Communicate with other departments including but not limited to sales, Senior Management, and other support departments.
Communicates effectively with Sales Managers and other appropriate positions when service levels are at risk and identifies issues and recommends areas for improvement.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience:
Experience in the Mortgage industry required Minimum of five to ten
years of supervisor or management experience in operations within the mortgage industry Highly proficient in communicating both written and orally to small or large teams Ability to deliver the company direction to all team members Job Type:
