What will I be doing? We are looking for a Driver/Inventory Clerk who is detail-oriented, hard-working, and has previous driving experience.
This position requires someone with good math and communication skills.
Your responsibilities would include making deliveries throughout the day and maintaining inventory records, as well as preparing balance and shortages reports.
A typical day might include the following Loading and unloading packages to and from customers/vendors Delivering packages safely by abiding rules of the road Keeping company vehicle clean Maintaining and updating inventory records Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise Compiling balance, price and cost reports Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer skills for inventory management and record keeping Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to follow safety guidelines Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience as Driver a plus Experience as inventory clerk a plus Pass drug test Why Teradek?
