The Customer Service Specialist helps people find their own unique path to healing by listening with intent, educating customers, and maximize customer retention through outstanding customer support.
Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
Listen and educate customers with product recommendations based on their needs while complying with FDA Guidelines Manage incoming calls Utilize our CRM, Desk, SalesIQ, Facebook and Instagram messages Resolve product or service questions by clarifying the customer's needs; selecting and explaining the best solution; routing questions to the appropriate person if cannot be answered directly Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals such as brochures, customer packets, gift bags for trade shows, etc.
Maintain Customer Accounts in Shopify by recording new or editing existing account information, processing payments, issuing refunds, and providing status on previously placed orders Escalate customer inquiries when needed by setting up consultation appointments with a BIORAY Product Specialist or the CEO Customer outreach to practitioner and retail locations Approve and manage the affiliate program Continuing product education with Relations Manager or CEO depending on topic Approving and Denying wholesale accounts Qualities and skills:
1 - 3 years' experience as customer service or similar role Certificate or License in Health Care related fields preferred Entrepreneurial spirit is required Excellent Written English / Copywriting skills Thoroughness and attention to detail Well-developed organizational skills Strong relational and interpersonal skills Demonstrate ability to work well with clients (internal and external) Adapt to change easily Strong team player and highly collaborative ZOHO Knowledge or other CRM software Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) knowledge is a plus!
