Hours are Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 4:
30 pm and 3 weekdays 10:
30 am - 7 pm (days of week are negotiable).
Duties include:
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, and patients.
Ensures completion of paperwork, data entry, and co-pay collection.
Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Scheduling patient visits.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
