Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Suite - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with organizing and coordinating office events or meetings - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an office environment - Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent calendar management skills - Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems - Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in data entry and record keeping Note:
This is a paid position.
