Tues, Wed, Thurs Description:
Provide support for the SoCal Real Estate team as a Real Estate Specialist.
Interface with Regulatory team members, RE specialists, PM's, Implementations and vendors.
Proactively interface and drive behavior from external & internal teams involved in the Real Estate process so that related documents (leases, payments, etc.
) are processed accurately and on time.
Prior Small Cell experience needed.
Must have advanced skills with Cell Site Leasing and Permit process.
Good customer service, financial and organizational skills required.
Leverage tools such as FUZE SPM/RE, in managing the specialists' portfolio.
The Real Estate specialist will also attend regular meetings with peers and management to review project status, discuss best practices/process improvement.
Regular staff meetings are also attended.
