We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a company located near the Irvine Spectrum.
This position will be working onsite and requires strong AP and data entry skills Pay $25-27 per hourResponsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
Position will be responsible for handling the AP for an assigned portfolioWill input invoices into the systemPrint the checks and get the appropriate signaturesPost the utility ACHs and scan all paid invoicesVendor supportRequirements for the Accounts Payable Clerk:
Strong Data Entry Skills 3 year of experience working in an accounting department Intermediate Excel skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsPandoLogic.
