Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the office - Maintain and update office records and files -Communication with customers and vendors, including Account Receivable coms.
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Ensure efficient office operations by implementing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -QuickBooks proficiency - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Skills:
- Proficient in file management to maintain organized office records - Excellent phone etiquette to handle incoming calls professionally - Team management abilities to supervise administrative staff effectively - Familiarity with phone systems for efficient call handling - Schedule management skills to coordinate appointments and meetings effectively - Organizational skills to maintain an orderly office environment - Clerical skills for general administrative tasks This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team.
