Client is working on a huge Order to Cash transformational project with one of its customer in the consumer goods retail and manufacturing sector.
This project involves implementing Salesforce OMS solution along with the Service cloud and other solution for collections, contracting and deductions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions for complex Order Management System (OMS) projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable OMS solutions.
Architect and oversee the integration of OMS with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Provide expertise in OMS configuration, customization, and optimization to meet business objectives.
Conduct thorough system analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Define and document technical specifications, guidelines, and best practices for OMS implementation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to OMS and recommend innovations that can drive efficiency.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to development teams and participating in the resolution of complex technical issues.
Conduct training sessions to empower users and support ongoing OMS knowledge transfer.
Instigating, analyzing, and evaluating various alternatives and arriving at the best technology solution to solve specific business problems.
Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the software to project stakeholders Defining features, phases, system components, interfaces, integration points, and solution requirements Providing technical direction, oversight of technical design, effort estimation, and delivery of all OMS IT projects Resolving any technical issues that may arise Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines Staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical constraints Profile requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Order Management Systems.
In-depth knowledge of OMS platforms, their capabilities, and best practices.
Strong understanding of integration methodologies and experience with middleware solutions.
Proficiency in data modeling, system architecture, and software design principles.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
