We are currently seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6 month plus temporary position.
This will be a hybrid schedule, 3 days remote/2 days in the officePay $26-28 per hourSenior Accounts Payable Specialist
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for processing the full cycle AP processResponsible for processing the monthly expense reportsHandle the match, batch and coding of all AP invoicesMonthly AP accruals, vendor reconciliation and monthly close processHandle the research and discrepanciesEnsure the accurate and timely processing of the AP invoicesAssist with audits and the year-end 1099's Senior Accounts Payable Requirements:
BA/BS in Accounting a plus3-5 years of full cycle AP experienceExperience processing in a high-volume AP environmentIntermediate Excel skills NetSuite is a plus or any large ERP system experience PandoLogic.
