Job Description:
Noble Panacea Labs specializes in research, development, and manufacturing of next generation skin care formulations.
We specialize in deploying technologies that enhance the efficacy of skin care products while striving to use natural and organic ingredients.
We are specifically interested in enhancing the protection of active ingredients at the molecular level and extending the release of active ingredients using molecularly-engineered organic materials.
This position will report directly to the Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager.
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control technician will be responsible for doing quality control checks at various steps of the manufacturing process as well as help maintain and operate the QC lab.
The position will be responsible for doing lab measurements on samples of raw materials and products to ensure they comply with specifications and conform to applicable laws and company standards.
The candidate has to be detail-oriented, willing to keep excellent records, enforce strict process control, have good communication skills, and be multi-tasking with laboratory experience.

Responsibilities:
Visual inspection - Reviewing products to inspection, labels, artwork, writing, etc and identify which products pass or fail according to customer, SOP, and company quality standards Perform tasks that involve sampling, visual inspections, and work area verification Conduct analytical tests of raw materials and finished products Conduct microbiology analysis according to USP testing methods Maintain control of the product quality and manufacturing process (e.
g.
conduct spot-check inspections of finished productions) Document data in internal GMP system to support the Document Control program and sample retention area Maintain and clean laboratory equipment and supplies Regular calibration of analytical instruments and preparation of lab solutions Materials handling and storage and laboratory results records management Any other duties assigned by management Preferred Qualifications/Abilities:
Ability to follow procedures and accurately document results Understand manufacturing processes of Company products and ability to recognize deviations from approved documented procedures Quality Control Laboratory experience Understanding of aseptic handling and sterile technique Experience in working in GMP environment Must be able to keep organized and traceable records and willing to learn Basic computer skills and learn computer software Able to lift up to 50lbs Job Type:
