Essential Functions/Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming checks Ensure accuracy of payment details Maintain accurate and up to date records Reconcile cash receipts with invoices and supporting documents Communicate with customers or clients regarding inquiries or issues Prepare documentation for audits as required Other duties as assigned Skills & Abilities Ability to work occasional overtime hours Must be organized, very detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Must have good communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365 preferred Ability to manage priorities and workflow with minimal supervision Ability to process verbal information and input this information into the computer system Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions Ability to work independently or as part of a team Pay The pay range for this position is $19-21/hour, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
