At SoCal Elite Physical Therapy our goal is to offer our patients an exceptional experience for their physical Therapy needs.
Our front office team is the first impression of the company and a key component to making SCE a welcoming environment.
We are a fast-paced, energetic medical office looking for enthusiastic, flexible individuals to join an amazing team who work together to get the job done! Teamwork makes the dream work! The Front Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front office.
This position will support the Clinical Director as well their Front Office team.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for hiring and terminating front office staff.
Assist Business Manager in performing interviews to bring on new staff, as needed.
Managing and coordinating schedules of front office staff.
Delegating responsibilities to appropriate staff.
Communicate with Clinic Director Covering front office duties, when needed.
Specific qualities/skills:
Highly organized.
Great communication skills.
Able to prioritize and delegate tasks to completion.
Some management experience, preferably in an office environment.
