- Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and management of the property - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner - Collect rent payments and ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with lease renewals and new lease agreements - Conduct move-in and move-out inspections with tenants - Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling contractors and vendors - Maintain accurate tenant records, including lease agreements and correspondence - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants - Perform data entry tasks to update property management software (e.
