We provide recruitment and logistics services for our clients across Southern California and beyond.
We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working and personable Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in representing our company with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Employee Management:
Assist in the coordination and management of delivery drivers and warehouse employees.
Office Support:
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with general office tasks.
Represent the Company:
Serve as a point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a positive and personable representation of Empro.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior office experience and a background in Dispatching/Employee management.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with email tools.
Traits:
Reliable, consistent, personable, organized, and professional.
Education:
High school diploma required; BA preferred.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of office equipment and thorough understanding of office management procedures.
